Cancellation Policy

At Mukta, each piece is crafted and prepared with meticulous care. While we understand plans can change, our cancellation timelines ensure that your luxury jewellery remains uncompromised in quality and delivery.

1) Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to status of order processing, material sourcing, or crafting.
  • Custom-made or personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

2) How to Request a Cancellation

  • Email us at support@mukta.com with your order number.
  • Include “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
  • Requests will be confirmed by our team within 1 business day.

3) Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For orders where materials have already been procured or work has started, a partial refund may apply to cover costs incurred.

4) Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Customised designs, engravings, or alterations.
  • Orders marked as “Ready to Dispatch” or already shipped.

5) Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for post-delivery options, where applicable.

6) Multiple Item Orders

If cancelling part of a multi-item order, any applicable discounts or offers may be adjusted accordingly in the final refund.

7) Important Notes

For high-value orders (₹1L+), sourcing of premium pearls and materials begins immediately after order confirmation. This may affect eligibility for full refunds if cancellation is requested after the initial 24-hour window.
