Shipping Policy

Every Mukta order is prepared with care, packaged securely, and shipped through trusted partners. Timelines below reflect our standards for luxury, insured delivery.

1) Order Processing

  • Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatch within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order / custom pieces: crafting & QA may take 7–14 business days (we’ll share ETA at checkout/confirmation).
  • Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.

2) Shipping Methods & Timelines (India)

  • Metros: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Non-metros / remote locations: typically 4–7 business days.
  • All orders are shipped with tamper-evident, insured packaging and tracking.

3) Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over ₹5,000.
  • Orders below this threshold may incur a standard shipping fee (shown at checkout).

4) Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
  • Status may take a few hours to reflect after pickup.

5) Packaging & Insurance

  • Each shipment is fully insured until delivered to your address.
  • If the outer box appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and record a short video; we will assist with a fresh dispatch after carrier verification.

6) Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

  • Address edits are possible before dispatch only.
  • If delivery is missed, the carrier will re-attempt as per their policy. Returned shipments (RTO) due to unavailability/wrong address may incur re-shipping charges.
  • For high-value deliveries, OTP/ID verification may be requested by the courier.

7) Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately to meet the earliest possible delivery windows. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

8) International Shipping (If Enabled)

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination (typically 5–12 business days post-dispatch).
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by destination customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

9) Lost or Damaged in Transit

Please retain a full unboxing video from opening the outer parcel to the jewellery box. It helps us file an insurance claim swiftly if any damage is discovered.

10) Force Majeure

Weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control may cause delays. We will keep you updated and ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.
