1. Product Authenticity

All our jewellery is carefully handcrafted using real freshwater and cultured pearls. However, due to the natural origin of pearls, slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur. These variations are not defects but proof of authenticity.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST. We accept secure online payments via trusted gateways. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery within India. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of pearl jewellery, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

6. Care Instructions

Avoid contact with perfumes, harsh chemicals, and direct sunlight. Store your pearls in a soft pouch. Clean gently with a dry cloth after each use.
