Our pearl jewellery is handcrafted with exacting standards and authenticated materials. Given the bespoke nature and value (₹1,00,000+), our policy is designed to be fair, secure, and transparent.

1) When Returns Are Accepted

  • Manufacturing defect identified on delivery.
  • Transit damage (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video).
  • Incorrect item received (design/SKU mismatch from your confirmed order).

Not accepted: change-of-mind, preference, size/fit issues, or buyer’s remorse for luxury items.

2) Condition Requirements

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Include the invoice, certificate of authenticity, and all original packaging (boxes, pouches, tags).
  • No signs of wear, scratches, perfume, or third-party alterations/resizing.

3) How the Return Works

  1. Notify within 24 hours: Share clear photos/video and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Approval: Our quality team reviews and confirms eligibility.
  3. Secure pickup: We arrange insured reverse logistics for approved cases.
  4. Inspection: Final verification by our quality experts upon receipt.
  5. Resolution: Eligible orders receive a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.

4) Refund Timelines

  • Processed within 7–10 business days after the item passes inspection.
  • Bank transfer refunds are remitted to the customer’s verified account details.

5) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable

  • Custom, bespoke, engraved, or personalized pieces.
  • Sale or promotional purchases.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or lack of care post-delivery.

6) Important Notes

  • Please record a continuous unboxing video when opening your shipment.

  • Policy applies to purchases made directly from our official store/website.
